The Associate Recruiter role will assist with recruiting providers for locum tenens positions.This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring you to come into the Ft. Lauderdale office a minimum of twice per week to support regular in-person collaboration, while allowing flexibility to work remotely on other days. Engaging in person with the local Ft. Lauderdale-based sales team is essential to this role, as it helps build relationships with peers and leadership that directly drive top performance, provide access to real-time coaching and hands-on training, and enable use of on-site resources, tools, and systems critical to success.Responsibilities:Generate calling lists and searches to assist in building a pipeline of qualified providersAssist with responding to new inquiries from potential candidates who connect through our websiteContacting leads, new and old providers to gain interest/commitment in working with WeatherbySource new providers to build and develop our provider databaseAchieve monthly goals/KPI'sQualifications:Experience and comfort with heavy phone activity including cold callingPersuasive and professional written and oral communications skillsStrong database management with a large-scale database systemExperience with MS Word and spreadsheet programs such as ExcelSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicPreferred:College degree preferredOne-year work experience in sales or sales support preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong multi-tasking skills to help effectively manage multiple projects and large amounts of information and documentationWe believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $49,920 -- $65,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.
