HR Coordinator

HR CoordinatorWe're looking for a highly motivated and professional HR Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support the full employee lifecycle. This position offers a chance to grow your skills in a supportive environment, setting you up for a successful career in human resources.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Providing comprehensive HR support, including accurate data entry, meticulous filing, and managing HR databases.Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.Facilitating the new hire process, including background checks, new hire paperwork, and setting up employee files.Coordinating and assisting with employee onboarding to ensure a seamless and positive experience.Maintaining confidential employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.Compensation: Pay for this position is $24$26 per hour.
