Event Assistant

Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to support event preparation, on-site activities, and post-event organization. The successful candidate will help coordinate materials, assist attendees, and work closely with team members to ensure each event runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

* Assist with preparing event spaces, displays, signage, and promotional materials. * Organize supplies and confirm that event resources are ready when needed. * Support event coordinators with schedules, checklists, and logistical tasks. * Welcome attendees and provide directions or general event information. * Assist with setting up, maintaining, and dismantling event areas. * Communicate event needs and unexpected issues to the appropriate team member. * Help keep event spaces clean, safe, and presentable. * Collect feedback and assist with organizing materials after activities conclude. * Collaborate with colleagues to complete event responsibilities on time.
