The Senior Property Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of residential properties, including condominiums, cooperatives, and rental units. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management within urban settings, specifically Downtown Brooklyn. The position is fully in-office and demands a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of property upkeep and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of condo, coop, and rental properties
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and local laws
- Oversee tenant relations and address resident concerns
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports
- Collaborate with board members and owners for property improvements
