Overview Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead, plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, and new media deliverables. Apply leading‑edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Resolve unusually complex problems with innovative solutions while operating with substantial latitude for independent decision making. Mentor and supervise employees in both company and technical competencies. Responsibilities Lead, plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Mentor and supervise employees in both company and technical competencies. Qualifications Experience as a marketing professional with high‑profile brands. Experience collaborating across internal departments to create holistic digital marketing strategies. Experience crafting marketing presentations and presenting to executive leadership. Experience growing digital channels, including websites and email marketing. Experience reporting on OKRs, KPIs, ROI, and other performance metrics. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders to amplify key messages. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination as required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
