Part-Time Leasing Professional | Grande at Indian Lake | Hendersonville, TN Weekend-Only Schedule | 12 Hours/Week | Leasing Commissions Looking for a part-time opportunity that fits your schedule? Grande at Indian Lake is looking for a friendly, motivated Leasing Professional to join our team Saturdays and Sundays for 12 hours per week. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and creating a great first impression, this could be a great fit. Leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong communication skills matter most. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Monthly leasing commissions Just 12 hours per week Training and support Opportunities to grow with a growing property management company What You'll Do Welcome prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into leases Assist with applications and lease documentation Support resident needs and create a positive community experience Keep model apartments and common areas presentation-ready Assist with community marketing and resident events Maintain accurate prospect and resident records What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Organized and able to multitask Available to work Saturdays and Sundays Ability to walk the community, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Why Grande at Indian Lake?
