Leading strategic initiatives in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Manager, People Strategy will manage execution, governance, and process improvement across People operations while partnering with various stakeholders to enhance operational excellence. Key responsibilities Lead execution of strategic People initiatives and maintain project governance documentation Identify and prioritize process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience Facilitate cross-functional partnerships and governance forums to influence outcomes and drive alignment Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in project management, governance, or HR operations Proven success in building processes and operational frameworks Experience in facilitating governance reviews and strategic planning discussions Strong project and program management expertise Ability to navigate and provide clarity in ambiguous environments
