Billing Specialist

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join a growing team. This position is responsible for managing monthly invoicing, supporting billing and accounts receivable activities, and assisting with a variety of administrative and business functions. The ideal candidate is someone with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and can manage multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience in billing and/or accounts payable is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Generate and distribute monthly client invoices using QuickBooks and Excel Collect, review, and organize vendor invoices for billing purposes Create and send electronic invoices to clients Process incoming payments and support accounts receivable functions Maintain accurate records and filing systems for paid and outstanding invoices Assist with billing-related reporting and documentation Support general administrative and business operations as needed Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing-related inquiries Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Previous billing experience preferred Accounts Payable experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications QuickBooks experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ideal Candidate We are ultimately looking for good people with good skills and a strong work ethic.
