Role Overview In this integral role, the Front Desk Representative will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Lanai Community Health Center. As a Front Desk Representative, you will execute front desk activities with precision, adhering to established policies and procedures. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing health center operations at the front desk, efficiently managing patient telephone calls, and cultivating positive relationships with patients, external organizations, and colleagues. This position is crucial in fostering a welcoming and organized environment within the health center. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles. Proficiency in using office software and handling basic clerical tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously. Familiarity with healthcare processes and terminology is a plus. Requirements Full-time availability with flexibility for occasional adjustments based on operational needs. Commitment to upholding and implementing established policies and procedures. Strong organizational skills to ensure the efficiency of front desk operations. Ability to handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism. Collaborative mindset to maintain positive relationships with patients, external organizations, and co-workers.
