ResponsibilitiesGuide potential clients through our portfolio of insurance products to identify coverage that matches their life.
Follow up with warm leads to discuss how our agency can provide better protection and peace of mind.
Study and master the specifics of our insurance offerings so you can answer questions with clarity and ease.
Document client conversations and policy updates accurately in our management system.
Participate in team morning meetings to share wins, troubleshoot challenges, and keep our momentum high.
Commit to a structured schedule that ensures our clients receive consistent, high-quality support.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Illinois Property and Casualty producer license (or the willingness to obtain one within your first 90 days).
Clear and confident verbal communication style.
Ability to learn and navigate new digital platforms and internal systems.
Personal drive to reach goals and help others find the right solutions.
Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a helpful bonus.
