Evaluate loan applications and financial information. Provide guidance on loan products and services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Collaborate with senior loan officers to ensure a smooth loan process. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Preferred Skills Previous experience in a customer service role. Familiarity with loan processing software.
