We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Associate Contracts Administrator. The Associate Contracts Administrator will have experience working in a commercial finance and leasing setting and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The person in this position will join the Contract Management team, which is an integral part of Dext operations team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Book and maintain contracts on the system of record
• Make adjustments to contracts
• Daily cash posting and account reconciliation work
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Experience Requirements:

• General knowledge of commercial leasing and finance
• Ability to work with accounting and documentation staff to resolve issues
• Ability to master various software used in for contract management
• Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
