Senior DFT Engineer: SoC Test Optimization & Automation

GlobalFoundries is seeking a DFT Engineer to design and deploy advanced Design-for-Test solutions for semiconductor chips. You will drive robust DFT architectures including ATPG, MBIST, LBIST, scan insertion, and analog test features, optimizing test patterns for speed and yield. You will collaborate across RTL, physical design, and backend teams, writing automation scripts (Python, Perl, TCL) and analyzing test data to drive improvements while ensuring safety and compliance across programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Foundries
