With the increased sales and volume, we are looking for a West Coast Sales Support Representative to join our Sales Support Team.

Brief Role Description:
The primary focus of the position is to support the Sales Team and to ensure complete and accurate data flows through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with opportunity/quote creation & management
• Process in-flight order re-quotes requested by Project Managers, ensuring pricing and quote details are updated accurately and communicated promptly
• Generate customer contracts and Master Service Agreements (MSAs), coordinate their distribution, and follow up to obtain all required signatures
• Validate data accuracy across various systems
• Coordinate & communicate with Sales Reps, Sales Ops, Finance & Customers through various sales activities
• Review & modify data sets in Microsoft Excel
• Document & communicate customer & sales challenges on a regular basis
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the sales teams
• Maintain and manage data accuracy and data processes to support the sales and quoting teams

Qualification Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills needed
• 1-2 years previous telecom experience preferred
• Must possess excellent attention to detail

SALARY & BENEFITS
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The expected salary range for this role is $68,000 - $85,000 per year. This range represents our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final salary offers are determined by a candidate's specific experience, skills, and qualifications. We also offer a generous benefit package that includes Health, Life, Dental, and 401K with company match.
