Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid SLP state licensure in Ohio
• Previous experience in pediatric or school settings preferred
• Skilled in providing teletherapy as well as in-person services
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy for school-aged children
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions
• Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Provide resources and support for families and staff to facilitate student success
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
