We are in search of a highly adaptable and resourceful individual to join our team as a Marketing Generalist. In this role, you will be an integral part of our marketing endeavors, undertaking a wide array of tasks that will vary from crafting compelling copy to organizing and executing events to helping coordinate marketing strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, embracing change and displaying versatility across different marketing functions.

We have turned griddling, a cooking method that had primarily been used historically by short-order chefs and professional cooks in commercial kitchens, into an outdoor cooking revolution that millions now enjoy in their backyard. Our products can be found in Walmart, Lowes, Ace, Dick's Sporting Goods, and many online retailers such as Amazon.

Essential Functions:

• Event Organization and Execution: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events.
• Supplies Management: Organize and maintain marketing supplies.
• Writing Persuasive Copy: Create engaging and persuasive copy.
• Market Research: Research marketing activities, analyze trends, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies.
• Content Creation: Develop and create content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns, that capture the brand voice.
• Product Launches: Help develop and execute product launches and initiatives.
• Other tasks to be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Food Handlers Permit (Food Managers preferred)
• Flexibility to navigate varying tasks and responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
• Prior experience in marketing, event planning, or related field is advantageous
• Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and branding
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
