Base Pay Range $35.00 /hour – $40.00 /hour About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our construction industry team. The role involves full‑cycle accounting, lease accounting, and financial analysis within a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all general ledger activity, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial report preparations. Prepare and analyze monthly income statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports. UtilInfer Microsoft Dynamics to manage and streamline accounting processes. Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations, ensuring accurate recording and prompt resolution. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits. Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management, including board presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and new business opportunity analysis. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial processes. Perform ASC lease accounting and balance‑sheet analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA is a plus). Minimum 5 years of senior accounting experience, preferably in construction. Proficiency in Great Plains or similar accounting software. Strong understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and financial statements. Experience handling intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Strong analytical, problem‑solving,ాష and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. High integrity, accuracy, dependability, and confidentiality. Advanced Excel skills.
