Vacation Specialist
We're seeking a Remote Vacation Specialist to join our growing team. In this part-time, remote position, you'll play a key role in helping clients plan and manage their trips with confidence and ease.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with inquiries, bookings, and itinerary adjustments
- Providing personalized travel recommendations and support via phone, email, or chat
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience through attentive communication and care
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, cruise lines, resorts, and travel packages offered by True Adventure Travel
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A genuine passion for travel and helping others
- High school diploma or equivalent
