Benefits: Comprehensive orientation Tuition reimbursement Career and professional advancement opportunities Day One medical insurance, PTO accrual and retirement plan Location: Located in the heart of Clifton Park, Schuyler Ridge is a 120‑bed skilled nursing facility offering Sub‑Acute Rehabilitation, Long‑Term Care (LTC), and Memory Care units. All units emphasize smaller team sizes, personalized resident relationships, and supportive environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct, compassionate nursing care under RN supervision Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with treatments Support residents with daily living activities and overall well‑being Collaborate closely with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary team members Communicate effectively with residents, families, and providers Document care accurately in electronic medical records Maintain safety, cleanliness, and infection control standards Serve as a professional, caring representative of the nursing team Required Qualifications: Current LPN licensure in New York State Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure Prior long‑term care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective team collaboration abilities Solid time‑management and prioritization skills A genuine passion for providing respectful, compassionate resident care Pay: Pay Range: $24.00 – $31.10 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
