Schuyler Ridge is a 120‑bed skilled nursing and rehab facility committed to delivering resident‑centered care with compassion, respect, and clinical excellence. What You’ll Do Assess patient needs. Formulate nursing diagnoses. Implement care plans. Evaluate outcomes. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care on our Sub‑Acute Rehab and Skilled Nursing units. Minimum Requirements Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN). Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program. Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range: $40.00 – $52.81 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
