Employment Type Full time Shift Day Shift Position Summary We are looking for an RN Education Specialist to work full time and help train nursing staff who are pursuing a new and rewarding area of nursing. The role involves evaluating staff development needs, creating and delivering curriculum, and ensuring compliance with DOH regulations and survey preparation. Qualifications Valid NYS RN license 3–5 years related experience in a long‑term care facility as a staff development coordinator (preferred) Strong communication skills Group and curriculum development skills required Familiarity with DOH regulations and survey preparation Knowledge of Word, Excel and general computer skills required Must enjoy teaching and be comfortable working with staff at all levels Pay Pay Range: $83,200 – $109,844.80 per year. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
