As a GenAI Architect, you will be an integral part of the AI and Data Science department supporting innovative projects and solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title GenAI Architect Location Richmond, VA What's the Job? Design and develop cutting‑edge Generative AI solutions tailored to organizational needs. Implement and fine‑tune Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Llama, GPT OSS, Gemma, Mistral, and proprietary APIs like OpenAI and Anthropic. Lead efforts in deploying machine learning models on various platforms, including Streamlit, HuggingFace Spaces, and Heroku. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate NLP techniques, retrieval‑augmented generation, and other AI methodologies. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continually enhance project outcomes. What's Needed? Proven hands‑on experience in building and implementing Gen AI projects using open source LLMs and APIs. Expertise in Python programming, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn, and frameworks such as PyTorch and HuggingFace. Strong knowledge of NLP techniques, including word embeddings, topic modeling, and search technologies. Experience in fine‑tuning large language models like LLAMA2 and GPT‑4 for various tasks. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and deployment of models on these platforms. What's in it for me?
