Physical Therapist (PT) Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and caring Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team at The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will play a vital role in developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to help our patients achieve their optimal health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and range of motion
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
