What you will own

• Lead assembly production on your shift, keeping operations on plan.
• Coach and supervise production employees; deliver timely, constructive performance reviews.
• Partner with production control to translate daily needs into actionable assignments.
• Build and adjust work schedules to drive efficiency and coverage.
• Stay fluent in processes, machinery, and standard work.
• Confirm products are assembled, tested, and packaged correctly every time.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly; alert maintenance to equipment concerns without delay.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure full compliance with policies and regulations.
• Audit documentation so all paperwork is accurate and properly signed.
• Handle additional related duties as assigned.

Background

• Exceptional prior manufacturing experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical demands

• Move throughout the production floor as needed.
• Lift up to 40 pounds.
