You will be the primary connection to healthcare professionals who rely on our solutions, serving as the face and voice of our portfolio. You will collaborate with teams to drive business results and provide insights to inform priorities and meaningful change. Homebase: Charlotte, NC; Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill; Greensboro, Winston-Salem Territory: Charlotte, RTP, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Wilmington, NC What You’ll Be Doing Achieve sales quotas across Baxter’s Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy products. Implement sales strategies and execute business plans to deliver on volume, product mix, and profit objectives. Call on acute‑care hospital customers; deliver effective presentations; provide product information, demonstrations, and education. Partner closely with Infusion Systems and the broader Baxter team to meet goals and objectives. Protect, service, and grow the existing customer base. Manage and optimize Baxter’s GPO contracts. Serve as a resource for market information to management and marketing teams. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or 6+ years of relevant industry experience. Three years of medical/hospital sales experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data to support effective sales strategies. Willingness to travel to both remote and urban locations, independently or with other personnel. Proven sales performance, a strong team orientation, and solid organizational skills. The estimated base pay range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000 annually, with additional opportunity to earn sales incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding goals. The range reflects an anticipated salary range for the position and may be adjusted based on market data and other factors. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
