Role: Bilingual Personal Banker (English and a second language), providing personalized, community-focused service on-site. Key Duties Greet and assist customers in both languages with account openings and daily banking needs. Process and manage customer transactions with accuracy. Use digital banking tools to support customer services and account management. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services. Support consumer lending activities while maintaining thorough documentation. Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to applicable regulations and compliance requirements. Qualifications & Skills Fluency in English and a second language. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Accuracy in handling transactions and attention to detail.
