Director - risk management

Salary range: $125,000 - $150,000 Relocation: Relocation assistance up to $10k Must-Haves:
Minimum Education:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum Experience: Five years healthcare experience with at least three years' experience in a leadership role. Prior acute healthcare risk management experience is preferred and can substitute for the leadership experience. Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred. Must possess strong human relations and interpersonal skills.
Licensure: Current NM RN license.
This is a full-time exempt position.
Screening Questions 1 What do you think is the number one challenge in mitigating medical legal claims?
2 What experience do you have with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and process improvements?
3 Do you have any experience with investigations and the legal process?
4 What has been your experience interacting with regulatory agencies (ie DEA, Board of Pharmacy, CMS)? Interview Steps 1 Resume to be sent to hiring manager
2 Teams/video interview with CEO and HR
3 On-site interview
- Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license required.
