Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. \n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico. \n
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience. \n
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Director or Manager-level leadership role. \n
- Previous experience in healthcare risk management is required. \n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- Prior acute healthcare risk management experience. \n
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred upon hire. \n
- Candidates without CPHRM certification must obtain it within three years of employment. \n

\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced nursing professional with strong leadership capabilities, healthcare risk management expertise, and the ability to identify and mitigate clinical risks. They should possess excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a commitment to patient safety and continuous quality improvement.

- Annual salary: $120,000–$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. \n
- On-site position based in Las Cruces, New Mexico. \n
- No travel required. \n
- Visa sponsorship is not available. \n
Important: Candidates must meet the nursing education, New Mexico RN licensure, nursing experience, leadership experience, and risk management requirements.
