Heartline Staffing is recruiting an experienced RN leader for a Director of Risk Management, Quality & Medical Staff opportunity with a 199-bed acute care hospital in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This senior leadership position provides strategic oversight of the organization's Quality, Risk Management, and Medical Staff functions and reports to the CNO.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This Director provides strategic leadership across clinical risk programs, claims management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and Medical Staff functions. The position develops departmental goals and standards while directing operational performance, patient care quality, audits, staffing, budgeting, and compliance activities.

The Director collaborates across the organization to support regulatory readiness, continuous improvement, professional development, and quality throughout the continuum of care.

COMPENSATION
• Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
• No Signing Bonus
• Partial Relocation Assistance

REQUIREMENTS
• Current New Mexico RN License Or Multistate RN License REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree From An Accredited Nursing School REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 Years Of Nursing Experience REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 Years Of Director / Manager Experience REQUIRED
• Risk Management Experience REQUIRED
• Quality Experience REQUIRED
• Medical Staff Experience REQUIRED
• Certified Professional In Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) Certification Within 3 Years Of Employment REQUIRED

PREFERRED
• CPHRM Certification Upon Hire
• Prior Acute Healthcare Risk Management Experience
• Experience Working In A For-Profit Hospital
• Previous Director-Level Experience
