This role will play a critical role in the success of our client services team, contributing to all aspects of the day-to-day success of our client's media strategy and execution. This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN. What You'll Do: Aid in creation of tactical recommendations by gathering vendor proposals, tracking submissions, deploying target lists and NDAs, and building any support content for the team0 Enter andsubmitcampaign operations requests,such as tag request forms, screenshot decks, and creative rotations. Contributes to integrity of media plan flowcharts, media plan, budget summaries, and buy specs. Aidincreativeassets documentation. Coordinate and schedule meetings, including managing availability requests and calendarsetups. Assistwith tracking campaign activities. Assistwithmanaging media budgets including client and publisher invoicing, monthly and annual billing reconciliation, and building campaigns inMediaocean/Prisma. What You Should Have: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 0-2 years of experience in client-facing roles within media Pharmaceutical industry experience is desired but not essential Strong written communication skills. Able to enter data and complete projects with accuracy Detail oriented and organized Highly motivated toassistothers on the team Positive attitude and team player Desire to continually learn and improve Proficiencywith Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides Willingness to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will bedeterminedbased on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
