Ashton Thomas is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) providing sophisticated investment management and comprehensive financial planning to high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate executives. We’re looking for a Private Wealth Client Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a client focused professional who takes pride in operational excellence and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Process non-trading client service requests and resolve inquiries with accuracy and follow through
• Onboard new client accounts, including collecting and reviewing required documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering prompt and professional service
• Proactively educate clients on firm services, digital tools, and cash management solutions
• Support Financial Advisors with day-to-day administrative and operational needs
• Assist with client events and marketing initiatives in coordination with the Marketing team
• Participate in training, education, and firm initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in wealth management, RIA, or financial advisory environment
• Experience working with custodians such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
• Exceptional client service and communication skills
• Team oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prefer Series 65 licensed or w illingness to obtain in 90 days
