Estimator/Project Manager – Fire Sprinkler Systems

We’re hiring an experienced Estimator / Sales Project Manager with a strong background in fire sprinkler systems to manage projects from estimate through closeout.

Fire sprinkler estimating & PM experience is REQUIRED.

What You’ll Do:

Estimate and manage fire sprinkler installations
Review drawings, contracts, specs, and change orders

Perform hydraulic, pipe sizing, hydrant, and seismic calculations

Coordinate with GC’s, field, and design teams
Track budgets, labor, materials, RFIs, and change orders

Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules and profitability

What We’re Looking For:

Proven fire sprinkler estimating & project management experience
Strong knowledge of fire protection drawings and construction documents

Proficiency in Microsoft Office AutoCAD / Revit experience is a plus

Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

Salary - DOE

Additional Skills

Estimator - Fire Sprinkler | Skillset Requirements
Experience in fire sprinkler system estimating and take-offs.

Knowledge of fire protection codes and standards (NFPA preferred).

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of materials, labor, and project costing.

Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and coordination skills with clients, vendors, and project teams.
