Overview Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a great Retirement Community setting. Qualifications Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply Master or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree required (or foreign equivalent) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Responsibilities Screening patients Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans Documenting progress toward identified objectives Overseeing Occupational Therapy Assistant(s) Developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance occupational therapy services Conducting patient and family education Delivering quality occupational therapy services Putting patient service first Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player You should be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for each resident in an ethical, sensitive, and compassionate manner.
