If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!Now hiring BHTS for all shifts at Avenues Recovery!What You'll DoProvide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environmentMonitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staffRecord and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely mannerFulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)What We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or GED preferredValid Driver's license and CPR certification preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one - year period of sustained sobriety requiredStrong interpersonal and multitasking skillsWarm, compassionate and empathetic personalityDignified character that models recovery principlesWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Clarksville is a residential facility which offers drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
