Solutions Consultant - NYC

TechWolf is the AI and data layer for workforce transformation. Our software gives enterprises accurate, AI-inferred skill data, and they use it to run strategic workforce planning, internal mobility, and skills-based hiring and learning.

You'd join a Solution Consulting team of four in the US, backed by a wider SC function in Europe. There's a working sales motion, live customers, and people around you who already know the product cold.

Most HR tech pre-sales are demo-driven. This isn't. TechWolf is API-first, and our value depends on how well our data lands inside a customer's existing HR, data, and agent stacks. You'll map a prospect's architecture, design the integration, define the scope, and then explain to a CHRO why any of it matters. You'll work across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.

What you'll do

• Run technical discovery with HR technology and data teams, then translate what you learn into a solution design that fits their landscape.
• Advise customers on how AI is reshaping their work and skills, using their own data to see the impact on jobs and people and to act on it, from the first architecture conversation through to a signed scope.
• Take on the technically hardest deals: complex data landscapes, multi-system integrations, security reviews that need more than a questionnaire.
• Own RFPs and RFIs end to end.
• Write the propositions and Statements of Work that set up delivery for success, working with Professional Services and Customer Success so nothing is lost at handover.
• Bring customer requirements and US market signals back to Product to shape the roadmap.

Who you are

• 3+ years in presales, solution architecture, or implementation of SaaS in HR tech, data products, or AI.
• Comfortable going deep on solution architecture, integrations, data flows, privacy, and security, and equally comfortable dropping all of it to talk business outcomes.
• Strong at discovery and objection handling. You ask open questions and you're willing to hear an answer you didn't want.
• A clear writer and a credible presenter to both technical and executive audiences.
• Experienced in enterprise SaaS
• Working AI-first (or willing to become AI-first)
