What You Will Do

As a Director of Planning & Analysis you will be part of PGIM’s FP&A team overseen by the Head of FP&A, reporting to both finance and strategy. Your role includes:

• Leading the development of a long‑term forecast that directly informs PGIM’s strategic planning.
• Driving strategic analyses for critical priorities such as scenario planning, M&A, and strategic initiatives.
• Supporting the transformation of the forecast process using new technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Communicating findings and recommendations to senior management across PGIM.
• Mentoring by senior leaders and receiving coaching from asset management and strategy experts.

What You Can Expect

• Oversee the consolidated forecast development in partnership with PGIM businesses and senior leadership.
• Manage and develop a team of managers and associates.
• Lead analysis of key financial trends and drivers for data‑driven decision making.
• Drive special projects tied to strategic initiatives and M&A deals.
• Build and deliver high‑quality executive presentations.
• Support new technology initiatives to improve existing processes.
• Collaborate across finance, strategy, and investor relations.

What You Will Bring

• BA, strong academic background.
• 10+ years in financial services, ideally asset management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience leading a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for problem solving.
• Highly collaborative but able to work independently.
• Self‑starter thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary Range

Prudential is required by state laws to disclose the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range is $150,000 to $181,000 .
