What you’ll do Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans and the Open Door Policy. Operate forklifts safely, following company standards for picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending improvement opportunities, and adapting to change and feedback. Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility, managing inventory flow per company policy. Merchandise working inventory, correct shelf capacities, and complete requisite paperwork, logs, and documentation. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, guiding support, assisting with self‑service technology, aiding purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company’s products and services. Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials per guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation per company policies, zoning the area, stocking, rotating, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting displays, overseeing promotional and seasonal merchandise, processing defective merchandise, monitoring shrink security risks, and sanitation/food safety compliance. Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing orders to meet company policy and timelines. Handle inventory moves, displays, and prevent shrinkage; track goods, maintain instock levels, report poor inventory practices, and report unsafe conditions. Use inventory tools and equipment safely, operate forklifts properly, and report unsafe conditions. Proactively identify customers who need help, actively engage them, model technology services, and fix product organization issues. Embrace and respect individual differences, build strong team relationships, mentor others, and uphold integrity, ethics, and transparency. Prioritize customers, deliver results while putting the customer first, and make decisions that balance short‑term and long‑term priorities. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years or older.
