The practice centers around the transactional needs of privately held businesses and real estate enterprises, including their associated estate and tax planning matters. Our attorneys frequently serve as trusted outside counsel to business owners, providing ongoing advisory services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding individual needs and tailoring estate and tax planning strategies accordingly.Draft a wide range of estate planning documents and handle related matters with precision and care.Manage probate and trust administration cases independently and effectively.(Preferred) Provide support in probate and trust litigation when applicable.Ideal Candidate Qualifications5 to 8 years of relevant legal experience, specifically in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.Strong client-facing skills with a focus on communication, responsiveness, and long-term relationship building.Background or experience in probate/trust litigation is a plus.Excellent academic credentials and superior analytical and writing skills are required.What We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experience ($145,000 – $200,000)Performance-based bonusesFull benefits packageOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesA culture that values collaboration, excellence, and individual growthJob Type: Full-time Location: In-office
