Draft complaints, demand letters, written discovery, and discovery responses for plaintiff-side personal injury, elder abuse, and employment matters.

Handle law and motion matters from drafting and opposing through arguing motions in California state and federal court.

Collaborate directly with medical, biomechanical, economic, life care planning, and accident reconstruction experts to develop case theories and damages.

Review medical records, imaging, and provider reports to evaluate causation, mechanism of injury, and damages.

Develop litigation strategy with senior attorneys and execute case plans independently.

2+ years of civil litigation experience; California state court law and motion experience; Strong legal writing, research, oral advocacy, and case management skills.

Ability to review and understand medical records and injury-related evidence.

Personal injury, medical malpractice, general liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or traumatic brain injury experience is preferred.
