Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA licensure
• Experience in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred
• Ability to follow prescribed therapy plans and collaborate with supervising SLPs
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Monolingual proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students under the supervision and guidance of a licensed SLP
• Document student progress and assist in maintaining accurate records
• Support assessment activities as directed by supervising staff
• Communicate regularly with teachers and school staff to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in campus and departmental meetings as required
• Adapt therapy materials and activities to meet individual student needs
