Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth as a School-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) near Universal City, TX. This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while working on-site at a single campus throughout the academic year, from August 12, 2026, through May 28, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Strong collaboration skills for working with SLPs, educators, and families
• Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt to individual student needs
• Comfortable working in a monolingual environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of licensed SLPs
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
• Assist with screenings, data collection, and therapy documentation
• Support students with speech/language disorders, helping them build skills for academic and social success
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain compliance with school and district policies and procedures
