Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active SLP license (or eligibility) in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Experience or training in pediatric and/or school settings
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school standards
• Provide consultation, modeling, and training to school staff as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Create an inclusive and engaging therapeutic environment for diverse learners
