Job Overview A law firm seeks a litigation associate with 2 to 6 years of experience to join their Construction and Infrastructure Group in Sacramento, CA. The firm specializes in advising clients on claims related to large public transportation, water, and building projects nationwide, as well as representing private clients in construction litigation matters. Duties Advise clients on construction claims and related legal issues. Draft and respond to written discovery, pleadings, briefs, and motions. Participate in arbitrations and court proceedings at state and federal levels. Manage multiple projects efficiently and collaboratively. Take ownership of significant projects and responsibilities. Requirements 2 to 6 years of litigation experience. Interest in construction claims and related legal matters. Excellent research and writing skills. Experience with eDiscovery preferred. Admission to the State Bar of California. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the State Bar of California.
