Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver attentive, resident-focused care with daily routines including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment while encouraging independence and preserving each resident’s dignity
- Observe and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior; accurately chart care activities and collaborate with nursing staff and families
- Provide additional support for residents with higher care needs, using a calm, patient approach to foster engagement and emotional well-being
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 required
- At least six (6) months of hands-on caregiving experience preferred
