Community health system is seeking a Family Medicine Physician in Martinsburg, WV! (30mins from Winchester, VA and 1h30 from Washington DC)

• Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 based on experience

About this Role:

• Located in beautiful Martinsburg, West Virginia. 20 mins from the Virginia Border!
• Have easy access to Winchester VA, Washington DC, or Baltimore!
• Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 ( Switch to 4-10 hour days after a few months )
• Patients per day: 14-16
• Follow all departmental policies and procedures
• Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients.
• Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
• On call: 1:10 ratio. Phone Only. Very low due to having a triage service line screen calls.
• Team Size: 3 MD's & 13 APP's

Background Desired:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
• Ability to hold a West Virginia state medical license
• H1B Visa If needed
