What You'll Do: Customer Service Technician
- Deliver timely and professional customer support
- Identify and provide feedback on product issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and testing
- Promote best practices in customer engagement and product handling
Skills and Experience
- Customer-facing role in technical or product-based environments
- Mechanical aptitude for assembling, testing, or troubleshooting equipment
- Ability to diagnose and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders
- Experience in fitness equipment or similar product-based industries
