Pay:

• $16.00/hour
• Uncapped monthly bonus opportunities
• Potential pay increase upon permanent hire

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Two evening shifts per week: 12:00 PM-9:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week

What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Account Manager

• Speak with customers regarding account balances
• Help customers find practical payment solutions
• Set up payment arrangements
• Make and receive customer calls
• Update account information and notes
• Meet daily goals and performance targets
• Learn valuable communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills
