Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Experience 1–2 years of customer service or customer support experience, preferably in a chat or email support environment. Skills Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
