Overview Supplemental Health Care is seeking a local contract School Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Responsibilities Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results. Evaluate students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services. Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals. Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians. May be asked to travel between school locations. May be asked to supervise assistants.
