Description#LI-VK1RequirementsExperience:10+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years in an architect or technical lead role.Proven experience with consumer mobile application development, utilizing web services (REST-based, JSON, Thrift).Strong background in building mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Android technologies: Gradle, Android Studio, Java, and Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose.Expertise in iOS development with Objective-C, Swift, and SwiftUI, including iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Motion, and Core Location.Strong knowledge of design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, Viper, and Clean Architecture.Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and SOLID development best practices.Proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization techniques for mobile applications.Tools & Frameworks:Experience with source control tools like Git and familiarity with continuous integration tools.Thorough understanding of Agile software development processes and proficiency in the use of JIRA/Confluence.UI/UX Standards:Good knowledge of Material Design principles and Apple's design guidelines, with a strong sense of mobile UI/UX standards.Experience with performance and memory tuning tools and strategies for mobile applications.Communication & Collaboration:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with low-level C-based libraries and performance optimization tools.Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, push notifications, and other advanced mobile development techniquesJob responsibilitiesDesign and architect mobile solutions for Android and iOS platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.Utilize Clean Architecture principles to create modular, testable, and maintainable codebases for both platforms.Leverage SwiftUI for modern iOS UI development, ensuring intuitive and high-performance user interfaces.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to define, design, and ship new features.Define architecture and coding standards, ensuring adherence to best practices in mobile application development.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.Drive continuous improvement in mobile architecture, focusing on performance optimization, scalability, and security.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through thorough testing, tuning, and debugging.Ensure security best practices are implemented, including data encryption, secure communication protocols, and user authentication/authorization mechanisms.Integrate mobile applications with backend services using RESTful APIs, JSON, Thrift, or other web-service technologies.Design and implement offline storage solutions, threading, and performance tuning strategies for mobile apps.Lead the implementation of Agile software development practices, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Manage and optimize the continuous integration and deployment process for mobile applications.Monitor application performance, perform benchmarking, and optimize code for efficiency and resource management.Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.What we offerCulture of caring.
